When talking about the river, which certainly occurred to our minds now is rarely clear and beautiful river in West Kalimantan. Do not be mistaken. Although many rivers are damaged and polluted, but we can still find clear river, cold, and beautiful. One of them is Madi river in Bengkayang. Madi river is the main water source in Bengkayang. Aside from being a source of water, madi also commonly used as a tourist attraction. People come to this place as a holiday. They bring food and mats from home, then enjoy a refreshing sight there. The trees are green, the birds singing, fresh air and crystal clear rivers make this place attracts the attention of the people to visit occasionally when holiday. In Madi river, there are some places that have been dammed water to water source for residents around Bengkayang. So, in addition to the places that dammed it, we could feel the cold water by taking bath at Madi river.
